Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM... At 1152 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary, capable of producing winds up to 30 knots. This boundary was located along a line extending from Galveston Bay to near High Island 208 to near High Island A201, moving southwest at 10 knots. Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
