Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered thunderstorms across the South Central Mountains will be capable of producing rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour over and downstream of recent burn scars Saturday afternoon. The greatest concern exists over the South Fork burn scar.
