Several hours of single digit humidity values are expected across the Northeast Highlands. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque NM has issued a Red Flag Warning in effect from 1 PM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. * AFFECTED AREA...Northeast Plains (Zone 104) and Northeast Highlands (Zone 123). * TIMING...From 1 PM to 8 PM MDT Thursday. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative humidity between 6 to 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
