Arkansas River at Arkansas City affecting Cowley County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Arkansas River at Arkansas City. * WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.5 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning and continue falling to around 6 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
