Red Flag Warning issued June 13 at 9:00PM AKDT until June 14 at 10:00PM AKDT by NWS Fairbanks AK * AFFECTED AREA...Delta Junction. * TIMING...From 12 PM to 10 PM AKDT Sunday. * WINDS...Southeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 25 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Lows in the lower 50s. Highs around 70. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are possible once again Sunday due to a combination of low relative humidity, gusty winds from the south, and dry fuels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds are expected to be stronger on Sunday than they were Saturday. The one limitation to critical fire weather conditions will be the influx of moisture coming in from the south on Sunday. Critical fire weather conditions will be minimal tonight through Sunday morning with moderate overnight recovery expected. A Red Flag Warning means that conditions are occurring or will occur which could lead to the development of large and dangerous fires. It is directed toward fire agencies, and through them, to the public. Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the field of this Red Flag Warning.
