It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Metro Manila** - All rivers and streams in Metro Manila.
