Remarks: A low pressure system over northern Manitoba will trigger scattered thunderstorms this afternoon and evening across northern Manitoba. ### Local utility outages are possible. Damage to roofs, fences, branches or soft shelters is possible. Fast-moving and rapidly rising water can sweep vehicles away and damage infrastructure. Heavy rain can cause flash flooding and significant reductions to visibility. Strong wind gusts can damage trees, buildings and overturn vehicles. Large hail can cause significant damage and injury.
