Although area rivers are likely to remain below flood stage, wind has caused tree debris to fall to the surface. With additional rainfall and wind expected, urban drains may become clogged, and standing water and minor flooding is possible. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington, including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Mason and Skagit. In west central Washington, King, Lewis, Pierce and Snohomish. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
