Coastal Flood Advisory issued June 18 at 8:03PM CDT until June 19 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS New Orleans LA * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding during high tide cycles. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Flooding could encroach on low sections of Hwy 1 between Port Fourchon and Grand Isle. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. This includes ground-level storage, which could be flooded in some of the lowest lying coastal areas.
