Flood Advisory issued May 30 at 5:50PM CDT until May 30 at 6:30PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Le Flore and Sequoyah. * WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 547 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - The heaviest rain has moved out of the advisory area. However, light to moderate rainfall continues to fall and may slow the receding of water. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Smith... Van Buren... Sallisaw...
